Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
If you are looking to improve or rejuvenate your appearance, you can trust your face to a board-certified facial plastic surgeon.
With advanced training and proven clinical experience, Dr. Armstrong has demonstrated expertise in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face, head and neck. We understand the nose, face and neck – inside and out – and offer solutions that are both beautiful and functional. Ask your doctor about his training and credentials.
Michael Armstrong, Jr., M.D. is a graduate of Princeton University and Duke Medical School, who trained at Johns Hopkins in otolaryngology, head and neck surgery, and facial plastic surgery. He is double board-certified in otolaryngology (ENT) and facial plastic surgery. Dr. Armstrong founded Richmond ENT in 2001 to explore innovative ways to improve care of ear, nose and throat disorders. Dr. Armstrong was a pioneer in less invasive sinus surgery and was a leader in developing modern techniques in balloon sinus dilation. We are currently developing new medications to control nasal polyps, restore hearing loss and reduce tinnitus (ringing ears).
Ever since I was born, I have maintained a fascination with the realm of aesthetics in its entirety. The subjects of fashion, art, and design have always enamored me. After graduating from Clemson University in South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, I decided to find an avenue to merge both my passion for healthcare with my lifelong love for the realm of aesthetics. I strive to inspire confidence in others and help people feel beautiful in their own skin. As the Cosmetic Coordinator at Richmond Facial Plastics, I enthusiastically look forward to walking hand in hand with you in order to make your beauty goals a reality.
